Ingredients for pancakes: 1 1/2 cup Prepared Pancake Batter 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries 3 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract Ingredients for glaze: 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp. Milk Splash Almond Extract Directions: 1. Stir the Matcha powder into the pancake batter. Add the almond extract. Gently fold in the dried cranberries. 2. Warm up a frying pan on the stove top. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Once heated, pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip over and cook for about 30 seconds. Then flip onto plate. Continue this step until the batter is gone. Voila you are done with your pancakes. 4. Now for the glaze. Whisk all the ingredients together until there are no lumps of powdered sugar, pour over top of your pancakes. Now sprinkle some dried cranberries on top and enjoy!
