I put together some fitness log pages to help keep track of what I eat daily and how much I'm exercising. It's a simple layout but it is nice to use. For the hydration part I put 8 glasses of water since that is the recommended amount of water you should get each day. Then when I drink a glass of water I just color in one of the cups on the sheet. Below is an overview of the pages I created. I have four different quotes on the bottom of the pages I created. I left extra space on the left margin so if you want to put the pages into a binder.
